About Betty

About Betty (Betty Boop) You may remember Betty as she has been with us before. She's the momma dog who came in May of 2023 and soon gave birth to 12 puppies! (All of which have been adopted) She was adopted but was sadly surrendered when her owner became unable to take care of her. Betty is ready for her forever home! At a young 4-years old, Betty is a shepherd/American bulldog mix. Betty is a staff and volunteer favorite, as she is very loving, playful, friendly, outgoing, and energetic, and has yet to meet people she didn't love. She is reportedly housebroken and gets along with other dogs. She will chase cats and squirrels. Betty knows how to sit, stay, and shake hands, and she walks nicely on a leash. She weighs 90 lb.
