About Merly

Merly is a very loving and very rambunctious pup. He craves attention and loves to play. He's in need of a family that can provide him the time and energy he desperately wants. He is housebroken. He listens to all basic commands. He does enter and sleep in his crate nightly. He still thinks hes a tiny puppy so he's going to need training to be around small children, as he loves to jump on you. Thinks he is a small lap dog. He is not aggressive but does bark a lot when he sees someone new or other animals. I would suggest he be the only animal. He had been raised with a cat in the house and they are good together, just would introduce other animals with caution. He's not aggressive around his food either. Hes good on a leash, but will pull when he sees another animal. We think he will be just fine with proper training, as he does learn well. Would also recommend having a good sweeping/vacuuming habit lol.
