About Monty on urgent list

From a Good Samaritan: found this pup called Monty on the street two nights ago, found his owner the next day and returned him. Unfortunately his owner just informed me this morning that he is going to be homeless and has to surrender him to a shelter. He's super calm, listens to commands, stays close and just wants to chill all day! My friend is friendly with his owner and he would leave Monty in the store she works at.
