About Panda

Panda is 3 years old , fixed, current on shots. He's aggressive with my other male dog. He's fine with the female except at feeding time. When I got him at 12 weeks they had only puppies fenced together and he was the boss and not letting anyone else eat. So when I got him he wouldn't even let the adult dog eat. He's loves tummy rubs and can shake. He's a good watch dog but hates cats. We have cats and a male dog. I'm afraid he might seriously hurt him he's always making him cry. He's mostly an outside dog. He needs someone who can work with him. He's very smart and a good boy.
