About Skuttle

Hi! My name is Skuttle. I was an owner surrender due to no fault of my own from Fresno, CA. My previous owners moved away and wanted to take me to a high kill shelter , but I was rescued and am safe now in Oregon. I'm a well mannered, young sweet dog. I'm estimated to be about a year and a half old and weigh approximately 13lbs. I'm very sweet, loyal, leash and potty trained and I get along well with other dogs. I love people. I'm neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and ready to find my forever home.
