Cece is a gorgeous, sweet, shy and lovable, nine-week-old, 2.5 pound, female calico kitten looking for a loving guardian. This poor sweet girl was found in the middle of the road by a tow truck driver when she was just five weeks old. Luckily the tow truck driver lives with a vet tech who fosters for Friends of Petraits Rescue, so he brought her home. The tiny kitten could barely breath because her eyes and nose were swollen shut with discharge. After loving care and antibiotics, Cece has rebounded beautifully! She is fine with the other cats in her foster home, but she's nervous around the big dogs. She is a shy but loving kitten who would prefer a calm home without small children. She'd probably be fine with a very gentle-natured dog if introduced slowly. But, she definitely needs at least one other feline in the home. She is now incredibly healthy, virus-tested negative, dewormed, and vaccinated for distemper! She will be spayed and microchipped on Monday, June 30th in preparation for adoption. To meet and possibly adopt Cece, please fill out an adoption application https://friendsofpetraits.com/cat-adoption-application/ After the application is complete, please contact [email protected] to schedule an appointment to meet her. Her adoption fee of $175 benefits the Friends of Petraits Rescue. She is currently being fostered in Barrington, Illinois.
