About Sonny

Sonny is a fun-loving, people-focused little pup who's ready to wiggle his way into your heart! At just 3 months old, this curious and affectionate pug mix is full of playful energy and sweet puppy charm. He's eager to meet new friends (both human and canine!) and is always up for an adventure - or a cozy nap with a chew toy. Sonny plays well with other dogs and would thrive in a home with a doggy sibling who can show him the ropes. He hasn't had much direct contact with cats, but he's shown curiosity - with the typical puppy enthusiasm and some chasey instincts. A dog-savvy cat who can handle playful puppy energy would be the best fit. Still a baby, Sonny is working hard on pee pad training and learning the basics of manners. He's about 60% of the way there and improving daily, especially when treats are involved! He's not quite ready for walks yet but will make a great walking buddy once he's a bit older and fully vaccinated. Sonny loves his toys, especially bones he can chew on while snuggled in a soft bed. He's affectionate and definitely has a Velcro side - he'd follow you around all day if he could! His foster is helping him build some independence, but he'll thrive in a home where he can get lots of love, attention, and gentle guidance as he grows. Ready to fall in love?
