About Lala

Meet Lala! Lala is a good girl who loves a long walk but has never turned down a cookie. She is so loving and has so much to give but she became very anxious and reactive with her housemate dog after we had our first baby. It's a little more than regular herding dog behaviors and it seems unsafe as we grow our family. She has lived with another dog for 5 years, but they have been having issues with fighting since the addition of the human kids. Lala needs to be in a new home by August because we are expecting another baby and do not want her to go through another severe bout of anxiety. We want her to be in a home where she is free of triggers for her anxiety (which seems to be kids and young babies). She would do well where she can be an 'only child' and get all the treats and long walks to herself! As a herding dog, she has a lot of energy but she is house trained, not destructive (if she gets her exercise needs met), and does well in the crate. She is working on her obedience training.
