Buster Baby is a unique looking husky mix apx 55 lbs, and believed to be about 3.5 y/o who was dumped at a disabled womans yard. The rescue was able to step in and whisk him up in the nick of time but he needed a foster Here's what his current temp foster parent says - 'Buster is very sweet, moderately easy to handle, and knows some basic commands. He is house/crate trained and enjoys play with other PEOPLE. He loves to go on walks, but does need a harness because he pulls significantly, so a fenced yard would be ideal. We think this poor boy may have been abused in the past because he sometimes flinches or reacts defensively at quick motions and large objects. So please be gentle and take it slow. One step at a time with him and I promise he will fill your days with endless snuggles, exciting playfulness, and unwavering love and loyalty!' He is urgent because he's in a tiny foster home with other animals and pups. He has a high prey-drive and wants to get at the cats, pups and guinea pigs - so NO OTHER ANIMALS for this boy. While he is not recommended to live with other animals, there is still a little hope for him. Though his current foster is tight on space, they have been working very hard with socializing him. With proper professional training, extreme patients, and dedication to safely socializing Buster. We believe he may one day be able to peacefully cohabitate in the future.
