VERY PROTECTIVE, but not aggressive. Good dog, fair bit of energy, but normal for his age. He's a cuddle baby and we call him our teddy bear.. he responds to the nickname as well as his name. We really just want him to be happy.. He loves to cuddle and play. Not that rough, though he likes to use teeth. He's incredibly gentle for his size. He's very good for protection of self and home/business. Warning: he barks at anything he can see or hear near your home. He likes to stay as close as he's allowed, and will even cuddle up to doors that separate you.. He's currently 7 months old, and might not do well in a house with tiny children, but does well with them around 8.
