About Avril

Meet Avril! Avril is an adorable petite 2 year old hound mix, weighing about 35 pounds. Avril is incredibly sweet and affectionate. She's friendly to everyone- people, kids, dogs and even cats! Avril is currently being fostered by one of our volunteers who says she's the perfect dog- calm, quiet and well behaved in the house but has plenty of energy for outdoor activities. She enjoys going for walks (and walks beautifully on the leash), going for car rides, and is an all around wonderful companion! Avril's calm and loving nature, along with her very manageable size make her a perfect fit for just about any family! If you are looking for a snuggle and walking buddy- Avril would love to meet you!
