About Ghost

Unfortunately, I need to rehome this big boy. He was dumped several weeks ago and we took him into our home. We have tried to make this work, but my female is quite aggressive towards him. We are concerned for his well being. He has clearly been trained (see pictures below), but is struggling with separation anxiety. Based on a trainer's evaluation about his separation anxiety, we think that he might do better with someone who is home the majority of the time, a fenced yard and maybe another dog who doesn't have resource guarding issues. We don't have children, so I don't know how he is with kids, but he doesn't (at least not right now) do well without correction with cats and small livestock. Because of his separation anxiety, he is on gabapentin, trazodone and Prozac. We are continuing to work with the trainer.
