Neutered and in good health, he has tested negative for heartworm, although he is currently being treated for Lyme disease, which has not dulled his zest for life. Diesel's friendly and outgoing personality shines through in every interaction. This charming hound thrives on companionship, whether he's receiving affectionate scratches behind the ears or embarking on leisurely strolls through the woods. His keen nose often leads him on delightful scent-tracking escapades, as he eagerly sniffs out the world around him. Please note that we are not a no-kill shelter, and we must make tough decisions regarding animals who are ill or aggressive. **Adoption Fees:** - $165 for dogs under 5 years old - $100 for dogs over 5 years old - $200 for cell dogs Your adoption fee covers vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella), microchipping, heartworm and Lyme testing, rabies vaccination, spay/neuter, and a dog license. All dogs must be spayed or neutered before leaving the shelter; if this hasn't been done, we'll schedule an appointment for you. **Payment:** We accept cash only-no checks, debit, or credit cards please.
