She is spayed and up to date on shots but isn't on heartworm prevention. Penny is good with kids and dogs! She hasn't been tested around cats. The owner is surrendering her because their baby is allergic. She needs to go ASAP! If you think you can provide a great home for Penny, please contact the owner listed below.
