URGENT!!!! Penny is a 3 year old, 21 pound, Spayed Female Arrived at the shelter an Owner Surrender Return on 6/18/2025. Penny is so sweet and only 3 yrs old! She so deserves a loving family who can get her veterinary help & a loving home to live out the rest of her life with!!! ORANGE ALERT UNTIL WEDNESDAY, 6/25 - MUST PULL BY 4PM! Returned 10 days after adoption due to medical issue/ cost of medical. Pt did not show any pain signs while here in shelter prior to her adoption. MEDICAL ISSUE: Severe Thorax/Lumbar pain - R/O disc vs other - suspect underlying congenital disease given breed. Rec consult with specialist if patient fails to improve with supportive care, but even if she does, she's at risk for recurrent episodes. Needs dedicated owner willing to seek veterinary care when needed to manage patient's back issues.
