About Scooby

Please note that we changed his name. Meet Scooby- an approximately 6-year-old 15-pound Presumed Jack Russel Rat Terrier. This happy-go-lucky good looker gets on well with other dogs of similar size or bigger. He prefers lager dogs. He wants to be the top dog; perhaps a confident lady dogmate might be best. He does well with children and adults, plays hard, and naps hard. His favorite pastime is to toss and tussle your sofa cushions and drag his blankie around. He was not treated well, but he has a forgiving heart and is thriving in his foster home. This is what his foster mom has to say: 'Scooby is a fun-loving, playful pup who lives for toys, belly rubs, and being told he's a good boy, which, to be fair, he is. He has great potty manners and sleeps like a champ in his comfy crate.. He is also a chatterbox- he's not afraid to share his thoughts with some adorable and playful grumbles. He is a talker. He is goofy and sweet and always up for a cuddle or a good romp around the yard'. What can this companion expect from you, and what are your expectations of him/her? Additionally, we will not meet halfway. You must prepare to meet in person without hurry, and be willing to have a home evaluation and viewing of your social media. There is a fee for placement to offset medical and care. Age-appropriate placement is at the discretion of the guardian advocate. Please allow several or more days for a response, as I review inquiries.
