This tall drink of water is equal parts lounge master and backyard athlete. He's got the kind of nap game that would put a seasoned house cat to shame-always scouting out the comfiest spots to crash-but don't be fooled. The moment you pull out his giant yellow ball, it's game on. Crusher comes alive with joyful zoomies and endless tug-of-war battles, especially when his best bud Hank the Malinois is by his side. Crusher came from a home where he was the only dog, but you'd never know it now. He settled into his foster home with a pack of eight like he'd lived there all his life. He plays gently with the little ones (yes, even the Chihuahua mix), roughhouses with the big boys, and knows exactly how to adjust his energy to match the crowd. He's never shown signs of distress, and aside from occasionally being a bit enthusiastic with his food, he's an easygoing and respectful housemate. He walks beautifully on leash, rides well in the car, and is fully house-trained. He's also fiercely loyal-his foster dad's shadow from room to room. Crusher is the kind of dog who makes everyone feel like they're his favorite, greeting guests and strangers with that classic Dane charm. He doesn't bark at the pool guys, he doesn't guard the door, and he's not here for drama-he's just here to spread love, chase balls, and occasionally bring a turtle into the house for show-and-tell. Yes, turtles. We don't know why either, but it's his thing. He's absolutely phenomenal with kids, including toddlers and teens, and thrives in a home where he's not left alone for long stretches. Crusher needs companionship-canine and human alike. The dream home?
