About Annabelle

Please hurry to save this sweet girl! She is a 7 year/6-month-old collie mix who weighs 56 lbs and is current on her vaccinations. She is not housebroken or crate trained. Her elderly owner did not take care of her properly and was placed permanently in a nursing home a month ago. The owner does not have any family or friends able to take Annabelle. Annabelle is currently living in her owner's apartment alone and only being fed and watered by a neighbor until the unit must be vacated by Saturday, June 28th. She hasn't been outdoors in weeks. The neighbor has clearly stated he will not continue to take of her and will be taking her to get euthanized on Saturday, June 28th if she is not claimed. Annabelle would not be a suitable pet around children or other pets. She needs someone who will be patient with her and understands fully the type of life she has experienced. Even though the animal is not with me, I am coordinating her rescue. She is located in Fort Worth, TX.
