Simba A599551 Neglected 16 Year Old Male Blind Senior Miniature Schnauzer Needs Rescue Simba is a small & quiet little 16 year old senior Miniature Schnauzer that has sadly entered the shelter as a stray on several occasions before arriving again on 67/25 :( In each prior time he was picked up by an Animal Control Officer or found by a member of the public he was redeemed with a 'medical attention required' notice issued to his owners for skin issues, infected ears, matted coat, or noted injuries (in one instance he was slightly hit by a vehicle :O )... and in each instance only the minimum amount of needed care was provided to avoid fines/penalties :( In Simba's most recent entrance to the shelter as a stray his owners have been non-responsive, ultimately leaving him at the shelter for almost 2 weeks and now in need of rescue due to his list of medical concerns.
