About Roo

My name is Roo! I am 17 lbs and 3 months old. I am a hilarious little nugget. I have such a big and fun personality. I am a Corgi/Cattle Dog (Heeler) mix and I have the traits of both breeds. We think I could be about 35ish lbs full grown. First off, I am a fast friend to everyone! I have a lot of confidence for just a baby and walked right into my foster home ready to go. I live with other dogs and respect the elders and play with my puppy friends. I love to play chase and often ask them all to chase me! I am pretty fast. I am a super smart cookie which is definitely a characteristic of each of my breeds. I want to learn and do things; I have great recall already. I already know how to play fetch and I do the funniest little hop when I run to fetch my toy. I love the people that I live with - all of them; even the new visitors. I love kids but because of my potential 'heeling' nature, we think 8+ is a good starting point for kid housemates. I am good in the car and I am learning the housebreaking routine. I am affectionate and look for hugs. I stay close to my foster mom but I also have no problem going off to play by myself with my friends and toys. I am going to be an amazing little companion for an active, fun person or family ready for a co-pilot. I can see myself taking on a lot of adventures!
