About Bella Brown

Bella Brown was saved from a kill pound in the nick of time because I offered to foster her. After only a couple weeks, I love her so much and she loves both my friend and I very much, looking at us for reassurance and guidance. She is only a puppy just celebrating her 1st birthday. Bella is such a beautiful puppy who has been learning commands like sit, stay, come, down, quiet, slow and go to your bed. She takes the treats I give her for being a good girl so gently. It breaks my heart to know she was almost killed. Bella goes outside 3-4 times/day and is housetrained. She loves to be brushed gently on her face and all the way down her body to her tail and even her feet you can hold and massage. She has now even allowed me to trim her nails. Her new favorite thing is to intently watch TV with us. She watches AGT and she loves PBS Nature. She really enjoyed a Nature episode about Horses! To watch her following the movements of people or animals is priceless: she is mesmerized! Bella walks well on a leash easily walking along looking back at me for support. Bella is reactive to other dogs and she has to be an only pet. Being in a chaotic pound surrounded by barking dogs was overwhelming for her, so she appreciates a calm loving home. But she does have her moments of running in the house with her favorite sheep toy in her mouth, then she settles in her cushy dog bed. She is a wonderful loving girl ready for her forever home.
