About Rubble

I truly do not want to give my dog up but I fear he is unhappy in our current situation and I want the best for him in his older age. He needs a place to run around off leash, even though he is a loving couch potato. He only wants to cuddle with his humans and has to have his comfort blanket. Lately he has been acting out by barking a lot and seeming stressed. We moved to a smaller place that does not allow off leash privileges for him. We have had him for approx 2 years. His first 8 years of his life he was with one family but was abused and neglected. We tried to give him to home he deserves but seeming less like the best option. He has some medical history from the abuse that I can discuss further with someone. I will ONLY adopt him out if it is the right fit and home to give him the best life until he can't fight the good fight anymore. I love him dearly. He walks fairly decent on a leash but will bark/growl at other dogs or people walking by. He really just wants to say hello and give them kisses. He is a funny, quirky dog that would make anyone smile, and is the best fly catcher around. He is not crate trained but house trained and non destructive unless there is a bag of trash out with yummy food. He loves his stuffy toys more then anything! Approx 75lbs German Boxer 10 years
