GOOD DOG ALERT!...the diamond in the ruff, the fabeled unicorn, the holy grail of good dogs! Meet Camo! Camo is a 2 year old, mixed breed dog who weighs about 40 pounds. He is great with other dogs, fine with cats and enjoys the grandkids in his foster home! Camo is house trained, has good indoor manners and loves to sleep under the covers! Camo came to us when his elderly owner could no longer care for him but it's clear that he was well loved! Camo is looking for a new home where he will be just as adored for the rest of his life! Augusta Dog Adoptions is a 501c3, foster-based rescue. We take applications online and schedule adoptions in Waynesboro, VA. A $175.00 adoption fee ($300 for puppies under 6 months old) helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough), microchipped, and vaccinated for rabies (if old enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as dental work and major surgeries.
