About Dogmeat

Meet Dogmeat! This handsome man came all the way from Alabama after being pulled from a kill shelter and has been enjoying the New England life since. If you enjoy hiking, running, or doing dog sports on the weekends then this boy is for you! Being a bullherder (American pitbull terrier, German shepherd, and Belgian malinois to be exact!) Dogmeat needs lots of mental and physical stimulation. Though he's high energy he's happy to spend a day or two cuddling on the couch with some puzzle games when the weather is bad! Dogmeat has gotten along with every human, dog, and other animal he's met. He plays with my puppy and dogs and is extremely gentle with my cats. Realistically I could see him in a home with other animals and older children! Amazing on a leash, knows his basics and learns new things quickly, super sweet, I'd say his only flaw is he likes to mouth when playing. It's for this reason I wouldn't recommend little children depending on the situation and family! Dogmeat is up to date on his shots and neutered. He is approximately 8 months old and is microchipped! There is an adoption fee to help cover expenses toward the next dog that needs help! Please contact me with any questions :)
