About Zoey

Zoey is a 3-year-old, 7-pound chihuahua who is deeply loyal, loving, and sweet - but only with her person. She is a true lap dog and happiest when cuddled up with someone she trusts. With me, she's incredibly affectionate, calm, and a constant companion. However, Zoey does not do well with others in the home. She growls, barks, and has bitten my husband. Because of this, I believe she would thrive best in a quiet, one-person household where she can feel safe and secure. She needs someone who understands chihuahua behavior and has the patience to work with a dog who bonds very deeply - but selectively.
