About WALTER

HI - I'M SWEET WALTER, a 13-year-old Chihuahua mix in need of a forever home. Not so long ago I was rescued from an over-crowded California shelter, and now ready to find my retirement home! I recently had a dental and had many teeth pulled, so I should only have soft food from here on out. OK by me! All I really want is a soft bed and someone to truly love me, for once in my life. My caretakers think I was left outside most of my life and I have several years left (I hope) now to make up for lost time, especially now with those teeth removed and the good report from the vet. I get along great with other dogs in my foster home. I currently weigh 13 lbs and I am a good eater. I have not been neutered due to the fact that I'm a super senior.
