About KIA - Urgent!!

Harbor Shelter has a Shepherd/Golden Mix named Kai that has been placed on our Urgent List!! KAI is showing high levels of FAS (fear anxiety stress) in his kennel!! While he's been able to participate in playgroups outside his kennel, he remains wary of handling and has not yet been taken out by volunteers because of his behavior inside the kennel. Kai is a handsome boy who urgently needs an experienced adopter to step up and give him the chance to decompress in a calm, safe environment. He must be in a home with no cats.
