About Cookie/ Nora die 7/1

Update: they have both been put on the Euthanasia List & will be euthanized on 7/1!!! URGENT: Cookie & Nora Need Out ASAP!! Experiencing Kennel Stress!!! Cookie and Nora are urgently in need of adoption! These two beautiful Shepherd mix girls were surrendered to Harbor Shelter on May 27th after their owner could no longer care for them due to having too many dogs. Since arriving, they've remained close and appear to be bonded. Both have participated in playgroups (see notes for details), but have had limited time outside of their kennel beyond those sessions. Unfortunately, their Fear, Anxiety, and Stress (FAS) levels have increased, and they are now showing clear signs of kennel stress.
