About Teddy & Ella

We're looking to rehome our beloved dogs, Ella and Teddy. Life changes and a big family move mean we can no longer give them the time, space, and consistency they truly deserve. These two are not just pets, they're sweet souls who've grown up alongside our children and cats, and we're hoping to find them a new forever home together. Ella and Teddy have been together since they were four months old, and they're deeply bonded. They've shared their home peacefully with our two cats since kittenhood and are very used to a busy household. They've also been wonderful with our two young children. However, we feel they would be best suited to a home with older children who can consistently understand and gently approach the anxiety that each dog shows can present at times, especially when meeting new people or adjusting to a new environment. We are looking for a home offering love, affection, and most importantly-consistency. With time and a steady routine, they will thrive. She's fully potty and crate trained, and has no issues being left alone. Ella can be shy with new people and needs a bit of time to feel safe-but once she does, she becomes your shadow, always close, always watching. She enjoys puzzle toys, gentle cuddles, and will melt your heart with her quiet devotion. Ella also loves to chew dog bones-and you'll absolutely get your money's worth! She'll go back to the same chew again and again, keeping herself happily occupied. She can be protective, so it's important that her new home understands her boundaries and supports her with patience and consistency. With time and understanding, she forms deep, loving bonds. She loves exploring and the water at Albany Bulb Dog beach and any trail walk. Meet Teddy (3 years): Teddy may be small, but he's got a big presence! He's playful, food-motivated, and loves games like fetch and tug. He's also a natural little protector, with a deep bark that surprises everyone. He loves being close to people and kids, is very affectionate, and enjoys cuddles and companionship. He's fully potty trained and crate trained, with no issues being left alone, just a happy, loyal companion with a big heart.
