About Rusty

Hello, I am writing in hopes of finding a new home for my aging fathers dog Rusty. My dad recently turned 70 and his health has taken a turn for the worse. He's having a hard time taking care of himself and even more of a battle trying to look after Rusty, his 6-7 year old red heeler. Rusty likes to run away as soon as he's let outside and my dad cannot catch him, he is super energetic and just wants to run. My dads balance is not strong enough anymore to take him on a leash. I live in an apartment that does not accept dogs but I really want to find Rusty a good home. Any info or help with this matter would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time.
