Meet Max - A Gentle Soul Looking for a Second Chance Max is a one-year-old Border Collie mix who was rescued from a high-kill shelter�%A0on the very day he was scheduled to be euthanized. Surrendered by his previous owner, Max had known only life as a backyard dog-but despite his past, he has the sweetest, most loving temperament. Since joining our rescue, Max has proven to be an absolute gem. He's gentle, affectionate, and eager to please. He gets along wonderfully with kids, other dogs, and even the resident cat-he truly just wants to be loved. Max is now neutered, fully vaccinated, and up to date on all his vet care. He's ready to leave his difficult past behind and start a new chapter in a forever home where he'll be cherished as a true member of the family.
