Her foster mom says she acts like a princess because she sits so elegantly on her pillow throne! In true diva fashion, she loves to stay healthy by eating apples as a yummy treat. Penny gets along with other dogs and cats, she loves going on walks, and she's already housebroken! Penny's foster mom describes her as very affectionate and a sweet girl who loves to give kisses.
