His early life clearly wasn't easy, and as a result, he can be quite shy and cautious around new people. But don't let that fool you, beneath that timid exterior is a deeply loyal, loving companion just waiting for the right person to unlock his full potential. With time, patience, and a calm environment, Quincy begins to open up and show his true personality. Once he learns to trust, he becomes incredibly devoted, the kind of dog who will follow you from room to room and curl up in your lap for hours. He's the perfect little shadow and constant cuddle buddy. Quincy would do best in a quieter home with someone who understands the needs of a shy dog and is willing to help him build confidence at his own pace. A stable routine, gentle encouragement, and plenty of affection will go a long way in helping him flourish.
