About Clark

Clark is an incredibly loyal and affectionate companion - he loves long walks, fetch, and running freely. He's also a true cuddle bug, happiest when he's snuggled up beside someone he trusts. He thrives in calm environments and with people who are patient and willing to earn his trust. Clark does experience anxiety, especially around children, and requires slow introductions with other dogs and adults. While we've worked with him and seen great progress, we're preparing to start a family in the near future and want to ensure Clark's future environment will be suited to his needs and comfort. This decision has been incredibly difficult. Clark is a deeply loved member of our family, and we are committed to doing what's best for him - which means placing him in a home that will make him feel safe, understood, and fulfilled. Ideally, he'd have room to run and an experienced adopter who appreciates his sensitive nature and loving heart.
