About Budgie Parakeet

Jasper is one of the most sweetest birds I've ever known. He sits by the mirror and makes The sweetest tiniest little chirping noises like he's singing to himself. He's in an open cage able to come out and exercise his wings, which he does a couple times a day but boys is right back to his cage and he prefers to be in the cage. He must go to a home that's willing to allow him to get out and exercise his wings. I also have two female cocktails that share a large cage with him if you were to take all three birds, the cage and all the toys Would be included.
