About Oliver

I spotted Oliver outside on 12/24/24 and began feeding him with several other strays around my neighborhood. He wasn't afraid to approach me and I noticed he wasn't neutered. The next time I saw him he was badly wounded on his face. He returned several times and each time with fresh wounds on his face. I rescued him on 5/19 and placed him in my basement until I could get him to the vet. At his vet visit he was neutered, vaccinated, given flea and deworming treatments and tested for FIV & FeLV. He is FIV+. Oliver is estimated to be 4-5 years old. He is an adorable, cuddly, sweet and gentle cat. He loves to curl up on my lap and fall asleep. He enjoys belly rubs, lots of pets and treats. He plays with his kitty string and chases his toys. He even sleeps with one particular mouse toy. I sense his gratitude and I am rewarded with many head bumps and slow blinks. Oliver would be perfect in a single cat home that has a calm and loving environment with a person or family that enjoys a lap cat. He would also thrive in a multi cat home with similar cat personalities. He will make a wonderful pet for many years to come. Oliver is one of the most loving animals I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. He is patiently waiting to meet his new humans.
