Westman got an extra special outing in honor of his 1 Year Shelter-Versary! Westman got to enjoy a good portion of the day spending time with friends & getting spoiled with a tasty celebration cake, yummy treats, and swanky gear so he's looking dapper when he finds his new home ���%81 Westman arrived to the shelter after being abandoned at Wrigley Heights Dog Park, allegedly with a note stating he was 'the bestest boy' but they could no longer keep him and wanted to 'find him a good home'. Sadly, a year has since passed, and although Westman has proven to staff & volunteers his in fact 'the bestest boy' he is still waiting at the shelter to prove it to his next family.
