About Charlie

I was given Charlie Jan 2025 not knowing his history. He is an extremely cuddle bug, loving and smart. But previous owners never socialized him nor took him for grooming nor vets. I took him to vet and is up to date with his vaccines, but they did notice he tends to be aggressive when being handled. He has not bitten but has attempted to if we try to tell him to do something he doesn't want to do like come inside and etc. He growls when carried to like place him in the bathtub but doesn't try to snap.I have three kids he plays with them but when one of them tries to get him to come inside he attempted to bite her. As much as it breaks my heart to rehome him I can't afford spending $2000 to get him trained. He must have had some negligence/abusive background in his previous home. Again he is super sweet and would be best fit to be with someone who has the time and patience to work with him. I'm trying to avoid the shelter.
