The adoption donation of $175 covers spay / neuter, vaccinations, microchip, deworming, and current monthly heartworm and flea and tick prevention. Leia was 1 of 6 puppies born under a gazebo during a terrible storm. Sadly, her 5 siblings did not make it. Her mama, Kat, was so starved they didn't even know she was pregnant. Her mom is some type of Australian cattle dog, maybe some Terrier or Border Collie. Leia was born 3/13/25 and is about 25 lb. Don't know what her dad was, so not sure on her future weight. Possibly some Lab or Beagle? She will be using many things as chew toys for several months yet, including human arms or recliners. Leia has pretty much full-time access to a doggie door and does most of her potties outside, but as a puppy, she will need help figuring out a schedule, etc. She is the biggest tomboy girl puppy I've ever had, but calms down a bit more everyday, she loves playing with other dogs, but when she's tired she loves to crawl up on the sofa next to me and sleep.
