Meet Penny - A Pint-Sized Diva with a Whole Lotta Love to Give! ��%90%BE At just 5 years old and 20 lbs, Penny is the perfect mix of sass, sweetness, and spunk. We're still getting to know her as she settles into her new routine, but one thing is clear: this little lady is ready to find her person. Penny is what we lovingly call a 'velcro dog.' She's not much of a snuggler (personal space, please!), but she will make it her mission to be by your side at all times. Sit down for two seconds, and she'll be gently nudging your arm for attention or hopping into your lap like she owns the place-because, well, she kind of thinks she does. She loves playtime with other dogs, but she's definitely the boss babe of the bunch. Penny isn't the submissive type, so any future canine roommates will need to vibe with her confident, alpha energy. She's done well with kids and hasn't shown any fear or anxiety-she's one cool, confident cookie. Let's talk about potty training. We're being honest here: Penny is a work in progress. She prefers to grace the carpet with her presence rather than the great outdoors (even after a 30-minute nature walk). But we're working on it! She's on a potty schedule, and with patience, supervision, and a watchful eye, she'll get there. Crates aren't her favorite, but she settles down eventually. Leashes are a bit of a tug-of-war, but she's improving daily. The ideal home for Penny? Someone who's patient, loving, and willing to work through a few quirks. She's had a big life change-after being with her previous owner since she was a puppy, everything is brand new. She may need encouragement to eat and time to adjust, but her loyal little heart is worth the wait.
