He is UTD on vaccines/rabies and Bordetella, groomed and microchipped. He is neutered and heartworm negative. He's on heartworm prevention & been dewormed and microchipped. CHARLEY is shy in the beginning, and tends to bond more with one human. He goes to my husbnad a lot but I seem to be his human. He was a surrender to us due to his owner's job moving her from the country. She was so said as she had a family member who agreed to keep them and backed out the day before she had to fly to another country. He is good with all 8 fosters in our home. He is very submissive. His personality is laid back and loves to just snuggle. At night he gets in bed and will get under the cover if it's cold. We've had him since Jan. He is house trained, only had a couple of accidents since he arrived.. He enjoys playing with soft squeaky toys. He is definitely the lap dog here, anytime I sit down he wants to be in the chair with you, same for the bed. During the day he will lay in a dog bed nearby you. Charley loves to snuggle with you in short periods, so we don't consider him to be a velcro dog who is under you constantly. He walks well on a leash and loves to ride anywhere you go.
