About Edan

This dashingly handsome big toed guy is Edan, meaning 'little fire' in Gaelic, Irish and Scottish, which is so very appropriate for this blue eyed flame point boy. Found taking shelter in an empty refrigerator box in a public housing project in the City of Richmond in April of this year, thanks to the efforts of young lady, Edan was rescued and landed at my rental residence on May 2nd. A super gregarious gent, Edan is always under foot, attempting to lap sit, begging for attention and chattering incessantly. A dog cat, Edan loves to follow you while carrying on a running conversation with you/himself. He has done wonderfully with the other rescue kitties in his room and is a nurturer of my most ancient rescue kitty man, Balder, an over twenty, blind dementia boy, by snuggling with Balder and spooning him. Edan's only vice is that he can be a litter kicker and a long distance litter kicker at that if he does not have an extra large cat box. Age estimated to be between a year to two years old, Edan has been neutered, rabies and distemper vaccinated, microchipped and tested negative for feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency virus as well as dewormed.
