Chase von Selbitz is a 2 year-old handsome, black German Shepherd with a heart just as stunning as his appearance. Tall at 25.5 inches and quickly packing on the pounds at the rescue, Chase carries himself with a calm confidence that makes him a standout in any crowd. His personality shines through in everything he does. Sweet, gentle, and super eager to please, he absolutely loves affection and will happily soak up all the rubs you have to offer. He thrives on human connection and can be a goofball. Energy-wise, he sits at a nice mid-level - ready for fun but also able to relax when it's time to chill. He already knows how to sit and is very motivated to learn more commands. He walks beautifully on leash and is very responsive to directions, often looking to his handler for guidance. He's a social boy with other dogs and does well in playgroups, mingling easily and respecting the other dogs' space. He especially enjoys the company of females and submissive males.
