Say hello to Petunia, a striking young beauty with a one-of-a-kind look and an even more charming personality. This 1-year-old, 45 pound black tri with a stunning blue merle face turns heads wherever she goes-and she's just as sweet on the inside. Petunia came into rescue with very little socialization, but you'd never know it. She's naturally confident, incredibly loving, and curious about the world around her. Every day she's blossoming in her foster home, gaining new skills and learning what it means to be part of a family. One of her favorite things in the world? Her peanut butter Kong, lovingly prepared by her foster-she never misses her treat time! A country girl through and through, Petunia thrives with space and fresh air. She loves dragging her toys outside to play and bask in the sunshine. For this reason, she's not suited to apartment or urban life. A securely fenced yard is a must for her to safely explore and enjoy her outdoor adventures. She hasn't been tested with cats or children yet, so we recommend a home without either until she has a chance to be properly introduced. Petunia is looking for a patient, active adopter who will continue to nurture her bright, confident spirit and let her be her best farm-girl self.
