About Champ

MEET CHAMP!���%8D Champ is a 2 year-old Pit Bull and Border Collie Blend weighing approximately 35 lbs, and is available for adoption through PAWS Rescue Inc. Champ is an absolute sweetheart! She adores being around her people and is a big cuddle bug who would happily snuggle all day. However, she also loves going on walks, chewing on bully sticks, and running around with other dogs. Champ is incredibly gentle and does wonderfully with both kids and other dogs. She is house-trained (with a doggy door) and is almost fully crate-trained. She sleeps peacefully in her crate at night but may get a bit anxious if she can't see you while you're still in the house. Despite her gentle nature, Champ is still very puppy-like, especially in public places like parks or on walks. She'll need some guidance, exposure, and training as she tends to get easily excited. Champ is highly motivated by food and attention, so with a bit of time and patience, she's sure to thrive. She's curious about cats but is learning to coexist as long as the cat isn't running away from her. During her first few days in a new home, Champ may follow you around everywhere, but she'll become more independent once she feels comfortable. Adopters must be with in 10 hour drive of Champ
