About Kai

Kai is a 2-3-year-old, 49 lb Husky/Shepherd mix who was rescued after living alone on the streets. Thanks to a determined supporter, he's now safe and beginning his healing journey. Currently in boarding, Kai is feeling scared and overwhelmed. He's still timid, but he lights up when he sees familiar faces and is non-reactive to the dogs nearby-a gentle soul just waiting for the right person to help him feel secure. Kai needs a foster or adopter to give him the calm, loving environment he's never had. With time, patience, and encouragement, he'll thrive. Will you be the one to show Kai what kindness feels like?
