About koa

my roommate and I found a husky last sunday roaming the streets near philadelphia, she was on the verge of getting hit we were able to get her and we tried seeing if she was anyone's dog that got lost but security guards at the apartment complex we checked said she was outside for a couple of weeks she was very malnourished, and they said if we didn't take her animal control would and we didn't want that to happen. She doesn't have a microchip and we got her the first round of vaccines. Unfortunately we cannot keep her because financial issues and we're college students that cannot provide full enough care that she needs.
