Her name is 'PIO' (like 'Pioneer') . Background: the Current Shepherd Parent has had Pio since she was 9 weeks old. UTD on shots WITH record. Fixed. Good with kids. Good with LARGE dogs AFTER PROPER INTRODUCTION. OK with cats, WILL CHASE, BUT NOT AGGRESSIVE. House trained. Crate trained. No known medical issues. HIGH ENERGY . HIGH PREY DRIVE. Currently on 'IAMS LAMB AND RICE' food. Weighs 40 lbs. Good with car rides. Loves: playing in water - swimming - car rides and sitting up front - sucking on her blankets until she falls asleep - being near her person - cuddling - running and playing off leash in a secure open area- chilling on the couch after a high active day - playing with other dogs that she knows - balls - sleeping in bed with her person - toys - chew bones. Stranger Aggressive with meeting new people. ALWAYS USE PROPER INTRODUCTION!!! After she has been given the time that she needs, with Proper Introduction, she is okay and extremely sweet. Pio is a great girl and needs constant stimulation. Pio has been around cattle and she did fine. She is protective of her person and home and very loyal. Please respect this and do not expect her to live a subdivision lifestyle, she needs to be in a more isolated property where she can thrive and relax and not constantly be triggered by seeing strangers everywhere. (ALWAYS RETRAIN BEFORE ALLOWING OFF LEASH): YES Good on a Leash?: NO Lovable?: YES Eager and fast learner?: YES Re Homing because�'�|: Pio needs a large fenced in area or Country property to Boundary Train on because she does not do well on a leash. She needs someone preferably NOT in a neighborhood full of strangers to trigger her. She has Stranger Aggression and barks aggressively at neighbors. People fear her in the neighborhood and the Current Shepherd Parent is afraid of her eventually getting loose in the neighborhood, triggered by strangers. Pio will thrive best with someone who does not have a lot of strangers coming and going, preferably someone with more of a country setting instead of in a neighborhood. Someone who has time to work with her and can help her through her Anxieties. Preferably someone who is active and can help keep Pio continuously stimulated. Because Pio has Malunois in her, she needs to constantly be stimulated and busy. She is not going to lay around and be your couch potato. She needs someone that can provide her with an active lifestyle and can handle her High Energy. Comes with: collar, leash, blankets she sleeps with.
