Meet Oscar the Pug/Terrier Oscar is an adorable 1 year old mixed breed male puppy. He was found with another dog that looked like a pug, so our best guess is terrier/pug mix. He is sweet and friendly guy who likes toys and loves people! Oscar has a fun personality. He currently weighs about 15 pounds and he is fully grown. Oscar was brought into the shelter in rural Texas after being found abandoned. He is happy to be in WI and can't wait to find his forever home! He gets along well with other dogs of all sizes and he loves people of all ages. He loves to cuddle and likes to snooze in his crate. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and he comes with his medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies him to be in good condition. He is potty trained, but his new family should be prepared to be patient while he learns the routine at his new forever home. His adoption fee will be used to support our program of readying additional dogs, puppies and kittens which we prepare, transport and adopt out in the northern United States. Our goal is to get as many homeless animals out of south Texas, where we have a severe pet overpopulation crisis. His adoption fee is $650, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee.
