About Johnny (JJ)

Adoption Fee: $375.00
Border Collie / Lab
Age: Puppy
Sex: Male

My name is Johnny (JJ), but my foster mom mostly calls me Johnny. I am a border collie/husky blend, approximately 45 lbs and 6-8 mo old that is ready to find my forever home through PAWS Rescue inc. I am a very sweet boy who loves his humans and wants to please them. I have beautiful gold eyes, a long body and am a little bit taller than Mom's heeler-Aussie cross. Because I'm still a puppy, I like to chew on things like shoes, so Mom got me a bison horn and smears the inside with peanut butter. I really like that! Mom says I sit pretty well and we're working on 'stay'. I love to run to her when she calls because she gives me a treat! I love to play with Mom's dog Ivy in the fenced back yard, and I'm fine staying inside the 3.5-foot fence. Sometimes I get to go out with Mom and Ivy when they go see the horses, and I try to stay out of their way. There is cat and some chickens at my foster house that are awfully interesting to me; I probably shouldn't have them around until I learn more manners and leave them alone. It's so hard for a dog like me! I have been with Mom and Ivy to the feed store - that's fun because people like to pet me and I like people. Mom says she really loves me, but tells me there is the perfect family just waiting for me! I am house trained as well. Overall I am a good boi! I would love a home with another dog or a faithful hooman companion. A fenced yard is required. Adoption needs to be within a 10-hour drive from this animals' current location
